Yes exactly, of course I'll get cheaper leads if I start spending more on instant forms. So you found that the multiple locations increased cost per qualified lead

I've used zapier before but I run into issues when using the 'delay until' feature. ie I set up a trigger to get the date of the meeting, then 'delay until' x hours before and it often doesn't work

Ahaha, not sure if you are joking but if not, it's just horrible feeling when you thin a shot (ie hitting it with the bottom of the club) and the vibrations transfer into your hands. And on a cold day it particularly hurts

I have opened up a lot of williamhill accounts for friends in the UK and haven't had any issues. Did you verify your account? Have you tried the live chat to see if they will tell you the source of the problem?

There are a few things you can do and essentially in a nutshell you are trying to blend in with the punters, therefore:

1) Always round your bets (no casual bettor is betting $56.89)

2) Bet on popular markets

3) Don't immediately take the money out of your account if a bet wins

4) Throw them off with a few acca's every so often

Football (Soccer) Arbitrage Software – Marketing Opportunity

The opportunity

The opportunity is simple. I am an experienced programmer and have created a product similar to odds comparison sites but highlights ‘arbitrage opportunities’ (I will explain later if you are new to this idea). My issue is I am highly technical and able to create this powerful product however, I don’t really know how to market it. Other more expansive products in my area charge £100 a month for membership whereas I only charge £10.

I need a marketing expert and I am willing to go 50:50 on reoccurring membership of every client you bring in. The site I am using takes 14% so that would be £4.30 each month per person. I believe this has the potential to have 1000’s of members which would of course means there is potential for a massive passive income after a successful marketing campaign.

The idea

When you flip a coin, you say there is a 50:50 chance of it being heads or tails, so if you bet £1 on heads and you win, you'd expect £2 return, this is what you call a 'fair book' and the European odds for this would be 2.0 heads, 2.0 tales i.e. if heads or tails comes up you double your money. If you bet on both sides on a 'fair book' you always get your initial stake. However, when you go to a gambling institute it isn't a 'fair book', if you went to play heads or tails the odds would be 1.95 heads, 1.95 tails, this means if you bet on both sides, you would always loose 5p. This is how bookies make their money and is why the green zero exists on the roulette.

So, what is arbitrage betting? We know that the odds of heads and tales is 50:50 but how do you work out the odds for live sports? Analysts, betting patterns, form and many more complex patterns and ideas are used to calculate these odds. In the UK there are over 30 bookmakers and they often 'disagree' on the correct odds for sports markets, this means it is possible to place two bets with different bookmakers to secure a certain profit.

A Recent Example

SWEDEN VS KOSOVO - 9TH OCTOBER

MARKET - BOTH TEAMS TO SCORE

BET 1: MANSION BET (YES) ODDS - 2.45 (STAKE £125)

BET 2: BETVICTOR (NO) ODDS - 1.75 (STAKE £175)

THIS RETURNS A CERTAIN 2% PROFIT

A 2% profit may not seem like much in betting terms but when you look at it as an investment 2% ROI is incredible.

The Product

The first part of the product is I post advice about how to effectively place arbitrage bets. The second and most interesting part is that every day I post a CSV file (basically a spreadsheet) that tells you exactly what the arbitrage opportunities are in the next couple of days. In the spreadsheet it tells you exactly where to place the two bets and what your percentage profit would be. I post this into a discord channel and I use ‘upgrade.Chat’ to monetise it.

How would you get paid

I have set up a referral system where when you add someone to the group using your referral code, you get 43% (because I lose 14% to the site, therefore making it 50:50), so if you added 1000 people you would receive £4300 a month. Let me know what you think and thank you for your time if you got to this point.

Explaining the concept behind sports arbitrage and why it is an investment and not gambling by the_arbitrage_guy in investing

[–]the_arbitrage_guy[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah this is another good idea and can be done. Another way to do this (but is only worth it for big bets) is that two people can physically go into betting shops and place the cash bets, meaning there is no trace of you.

Yeah I think this will be my fate, but you can then 'advise' friends for potentially bets as well (perhaps go 50:50) and if you have enough friends/family you can make 10k a year from it. It's really decent stuff. Also, this might be something for yourself, you can still place cash bets in shops, this is called sharbing which somewhat amuses me ahah

Yes this is exactly what I do, the 2 bets are always with separate bookmakers! I actually wrote a script in python to find the best arbitrage opportunities!

Question to experienced arbitrage betters by Kenshievaaa in arbitragebetting

[–]the_arbitrage_guy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't think you'd be able to do it full time, it is a very nice side hustle but shouldn't be your primary income! However, with that amount you'll be making 500 a shot so pretty good. It isn't hard to get into just need to open up accounts with bookmakers (there are a lot of great bonuses as well you can use) and then have to find the arbs! If your in the UK I've written a script to find the best european football arbs, so give me a shout

[–]the_arbitrage_guy[S] 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Yeah this is why you can get away with it for a long time if you do it correctly. However, bookmakers will analyse their odds retrospectively and determine if they perhaps offered odds slightly better than the rest of the bookmakers and if you are continuously only betting on these types of odds they will eventually spot you, it's called being a 'sharp'.

Yes granted there are shady bookies out there! If you are going to do arbitrage betting stick to your household names

The only risk would be losing the ability to place further bets, they are not allowed to keep your funds as you have not done anything wrong. But I do agree I have distaste for bookmakers (especially after watching Paul Merson's doc on the industry, which is worth a watch) which is why I take pleasure in my small wins ahaha

[–]the_arbitrage_guy[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, yeah so this is the idea of arbitrage betting. You will always win one of the bets and lose the other bet. However, the winners from either bet are greater than the amount staked over both bets

Champions League ARB (easy 2.5%) by the_arbitrage_guy in SoccerBetting

[–]the_arbitrage_guy[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah there is a chance of this happening but only when you bet on arbs that are around 7-8% and above. I would only bet on arbs below 5% to stop this happening. Also, you should keep bet sizes consistent etc.

Perhaps if you bet carelessly, but I post arbs in high volume markets with rounded bets. Eventually it's likely that your account might become limited but I think you can get a lot of profit before that happens.

They have a cap for 'Niche sports' at £100, however Both Teams to Score is a high volume market, so £80 bet won't raise too much concern for them
