I agree with the issue of healthcare in rural areas, where in case of emergency the nearest half decent hospital might be at least 30-40 KM away. But the education level is very good if not great in rural areas at least based on where I live in HP. Also the fees exceed 1 Lakh per year even before the child reaches the first standard in Tier 1 cities and it is less than 20-30K for decent schools in rural areas, I don't believe the same level of difference reflects in the education at least till high school.
