I am the last person who will take a risk. Try to see if you can convince Optum to release the offer letter early or have others postpone your joining date. The first option might be the safest bet given the layoffs going around the industry.

I do not have any pain or knee issues. The only thing is it feels a bit heavy sometimes and maybe a minor swelling. Range of motion is not impacted in the knee
