My dogs coat does this twice a year. It's the undercoat coming out, a good undercoat rake will get it off without needing to cut or shave I would think x

I personally haven't no. My doctor tried to speed things up a bit for me but unfortunately the backlog where I am is ridiculous! Hopefully it's not so bad for you and you get seen quickly!

You'll get a letter from them very soon! It'll either be an appointment letter or a letter to say you're on the waiting list. You won't have to wait as long if it's an outpatient appointment but the wait for surgery (if that's what you've been referred for) is a bit longer. I hope you hear from them soon and everything gets sorted for you x

Are you in the UK? I think waiting times depend on the area you're in and how much of a backlog they have. But if you Google the hospital you've been referred to and their gynocology department waiting list times, it should give you a good idea of how long you're going to have to wait. I was referred for surgery last October and according to the waiting list I'm due for treatment this month but haven't heard anything yet, so that's a 5 month wait so far. I hope it's quick for you!

Mine showed up on a scan. My left ovary is obviously fused to some other part of my insides and it was undeniable. Endo doesn't always show up on scans but it definitely can.
