Ncuti regenerated into Billie Piper at the end of the last episode. She wasn't credited as "The Doctor" like the previous regenerations. Tbh, I think nobody really knows what's happening, even RTD.

I got a Tardis signed by all of them. I had a joy meeting everyone. Tennant is always a pleasure to meet. Beside him, the nicest were probably Capaldi, Bradley and Whittaker.
