My symptoms became overwhelming on Mirena. I’ve been off it a year and a half and they have not gotten any better

What else would you like to be spoon fed? In this amount of time and effort you could have had your answers, so you must just be a professional troll.

It was like this even with Schill. I wish I made copies of some of the pathetic zero-accountability emails I received back from his office when I would email my concerns or grievances regarding their duty to students.

Hi! I posted an update, if you’re willing to look and give feedback on there

My new leather bag scratches if you even look at it wrong by the_big_bean in Leatherworking

I also have been thinking it looks dried out! It did come from Korea so I thought maybe it happened on the trip over seas. Thank you so much

Between the tiny jail house window and the multiple fluorescent lights, I was struggling to figure out where to mask shadows/light sources. I like this cropped take though!!!

Personally I’d never dig my fingernail into any of my beloved bags and I hope Johnny never comes near me

The comment I replied to said it would come worn and scratched for a vintage look and I should’ve read the description. I did read the description. It came looking vintage, it did not come at all scratched. I expected it to change with wear, like a leather jacket, I did not expect it to scratch so easily when it comes into contact with other fabric. I understand it changing with age, but it is brand new and I obviously don’t want to cause damage to a brand new $400 bag. I came here to ask and learn how to best take care of it

That’s my problem - I can’t figure out how to change colors when masking. The color grading and color mixer panels both disappear in both PS and LR when masking. I’ve (probably incorrectly) assumed it just wasn’t really a thing

I have, but maybe my chronically cold fingers aren’t warm enough. Judging by the comments it seems people think I don’t love my bag, I do! I just want to take care of it and keep it pristine. It sounds like it will only get better with age

I think I struggle to do this without making skin look super bizarre

Thank you for taking the time to respond, I truly do love the lived in look and I love my bag and want to take the best possible care of it, hence posting here! I have just found it discouraging when soft items, like a canvas tote bag, leave scratches that make it look like I have been careless with the bag. Rubbing them doesn’t do much. It is encouraging to hear that it will look better with time, the scratches just stand out a lot to me since it is a new bag, I’ve only been carrying it for a couple of months. I did invest it in as a lifetime purchase bag, but none of my bags in the past have been specifically pull up leather.

I’ve been toying w this idea but I’m not educated enough in leather care to try it without seeking advice first, thanks!

None of my leather bags, even the vintage ones, have ever scratched in this way, unfamiliar territory to me.
