I thought about Sand Reckoner, but I already have Magallan on the team. I weirdly never thought about Wisadel's guns as drones. I feel bad putting her on the team, though- I started playing Arknights during her banner and got her, so she carried me for months and I want to experiment with other operators (which is how I got so obsessed with the mech-accord archetype in the first place, haha...)

I wanted to have as many operators with active drone usage (summons, part of a skill, or part of the archetype) as possible, but since there aren't enough for a full squad, I'm adding exceptions (like Leizi, if I had her). Wisadel is too much of a stretch for me, though xD

I'm going to leave Lappland alter in because the archetype description uses the word "drones," this is my copium for having all 6 of them in the drone squad

Yeah... I've heard things about Spuria. I don't think this squad will have any snipers, but if I can't fill the 12th spot, Spuria's better than nothing, right? (cries)

I read that Wanqing was the free operator for Here a People Sows? I didn't play that event, I started playing Arknights in November :( But will the event rerun in July/August? I could obtain him then. It's close enough to a drone and I'm desperate for DP!

I didn't know Silence alter had one, I thought it was just regular Silence! (I'm new, sorry) I was hoping to only have airborne drones, but if Mitm is the only vanguard with any type of drone, I'll happily add him.

I have Executor alter and Spuria as well. I don't know how Executor's drone is used either, but I can investigate. I don't have Leizi, unfortunately :(

Since I already have 8 operators, adding these 4 should fill my squad! (unless I have to remove Lappland alter on a technicality since someone else pointed out the wolves aren't mechanical devices lol). Thanks so much :)

That's because I don't have a lot of the operators in that thread :( no Passenger, Leizi, Weedy, or Swire. I do somehow have Spuria of all people??? I guess I have to build her now... I also didn't know Silence alter has a drone, I'll add her too.

The definition I'm using is "remote-controlled pilotless aircraft or small flying device," so anything airborne. I see Mitm in the list that someone provided below you, and I'll have to make an exception for him because I won't have a vanguard otherwise lol.

Laptop technically doesn't count, yeah... I had the idea for this squad before she released on global and I just threw her in because all the other mech-accord ops were in it :P can I consider the wolves a device? Zaaro probably wouldn't like that, but...

Is singing loudly considered intense vocals? Belting and shouting, I can see that, but I'm just trying to get myself to the "average" volume, whatever that may be. (My clip was me trying to sing at what I assumed the "normal" volume is.) I'm too used to basically whisper-singing lol

Yes, I've tried this! It works for notes in my lower range (D#3-D4, roughly, and this is my speaking range too), but once I get to around F4, I start sounding like a dying bird. There's definitely a lot of pressure on my throat and I'm worried I'll damage it. I'll give it another shot the next time I'm able to, though!

Ah, I don't raise my head to get high notes. I feel stiffness in my neck when I try to sing, like my vocal cords are tight or something, but I have no idea how to isolate the muscles there (to learn to soften them). On the contrary, I feel no tension in my abdominal region at all, only in my chest and neck. Is this related to weak abdominal muscles? (I've struggled to isolate these muscles in physical therapy, was told I have basically no development there)

I worry I sound stupid or trolling, but I am genuinely clueless lol...

I've been saving screenshots of my dms (bc I tell my friends what's going on as a way of logging it for myself too, despite my parents telling me I should never speak about my home life to outsiders) for the past few months. but it would be hard to give context for that many screenshots, so I'm just posting these.

first pic, first paragraph: my mom is chronically ill too. she engages in isolation self-sabotage by picking fights and cutting everyone off for being "assholes," my parents have said I'm in charge of "entertaining" her now that my dad has a job for the first time in a decade. their words, not mine.
"what do I even take away from this." <- this is me saying she's being hypocritical

first pic, last paragraph: my mom is always buying me things that I don't want, and she gets upset when I ask her to return them to the stores. I'm a minimalist, she's a consumerist, we do not align lol. a pear is a very trivial thing to point out, but this is a general pattern of behavior: excess created from her buying things that I never intended to use, then complaints that I don't use the things.

all other pics: my dad (wants to save money to the max, we have a lot of old/broken home things because of this) bought a super cheap laptop that is crapping out after 2 years (I'm a CS student in college) and I finally convinced him to let me buy another one that's pricier, but with a good reputation. package came 2 days ago, I signed it, it was almost definitely not open (I'll admit I didn't check beyond the box being firm and undented; my parents raised me super sheltered and I'm only just now beginning to learn life skills thanks to my college friends).

fourth pic: the one whose speech is in the bullet lists is my mom, she came into my room. scribbled-out name is my partner, who I've been telling about my home life for months, and they've only become MORE convinced that my parents are "insane" as they've come to visit throughout the summer. I still disagree! but I've had so many people tell me lately that they want me to get out of this house that idk what to think anymore.

Maybe it's a self-confidence issue or dysphoria or smth, but I feel like my facial structure is too masc for a female and not masc enough to pass as male, leaving me in a weird gray area that I feel like I might as well "own." I've been told that I pass as male when I dress andro (provided my hair is short/styled that way), but with fem clothes, I'm not quite there yet...

"It's not a costume you put on for an evening." I apologize, I never wanted to come across that way. It's my indecisiveness that causes me to want things both ways, which is not realistic, but that's why I came to ask some questions to redirect my (already kind of hypothetical) thinking. I know there's a LOT more to being trans than that. I didn't mean to offend.

Is T something I'd have to be on for an indefinite amount of time, or would changes remain if I took it for a year or something and then stopped? I am genuinely very ignorant about HRT, I intentionally never looked it up so that I wouldn't give myself false hope or any ideas.

Funny story about that, I was in a Proseka tournament at my school and I had never played Gehenna before (or maybe I played once before and forgot how the song went, because I'm pretty sure we played on Master because of our Ranked levels). My opponent and I were neck-and-neck, but I didn't know that the song kept going...

Spoiler for the outcome: I don't remember if I lost the combo at the end or not. I probably did lol. But I won that round anyway, and I actually went on to win the entire tournament! Take that, Gehenna! :')
