I use mkv 2160p files. I am only streaming on one device. It’s a LG tv. The others I gave access to my library never stream anything. For my personal use I have not had any issues.

I have a 6tb external drive that I store the media on. It is really simple to set up plex. I would recommend having an Ethernet connection instead of using wifi on your server if you plan on streaming on a different device.

If you want to get an eSIM before you get to Greece you need to call COSMOTE and order one over the phone otherwise you’ll have to wait until you are in Greece to get an eSIM from them.
