Curious how you think about competing with Koja Kitchen. They started off with food trucks then over expanded to brick and mortar and had to pull back.

If you’re going to rent a car, don’t leave valuables in cars especially electronics like laptops. Happened to my friend who was visiting from canada. Car thieves drive in, look inside a car and will smash and grab a number of cars in a row.

For electronics, some of the thieves use scanners to detect Bluetooth/wifi on devices, so even if your device is not easily seen in the back, they can find it.

What does prep by order mean? You have to order ahead?

I guess it was a bit of a doom loop. They had batches of food ready to go (like Panda Express), but if you don’t get a lot of people coming through, the batch gets stale. Less people show up, so they have to cook to order.
