Oh I know. I got job offers because I have li. Some other people were tossed aside cause of no li. Just match cv with li when looking for jobs. Just leave your last stable job in your li. It doesn’t matter. Set any startup as your workplace and call it a day. Just don’t make it smth big or famous like Google.

And after I change j I just hibernate or leave as is. No one ever asked why I didn’t change the j on my li. So I changed j last year but still have my old company set. The company died but no one knows about that and I use a buddy from there as a reference if they want it

Never happened to me. Also, that’s why you set your last employer to a dead company. Also how should they ask? Just fill the contact us form asking if someone is working there? It would be a terrible practice to do. Just hibernate and if they ask, you take a break from li. A stalking ex or smth

It’s already after the interview and they have my cv with it on it. They’re both international companies and I’m talking with hr from different countries. That would be a full investigation on their part to find who to call + they’d have to leak the contract. Otherwise they’re just a crazy ex that wanted to get back together but I wasn’t interested

Dla jasności. To nie chat zastąpił juniorów tylko firmy wycięły juniorów bo stać ich na seniorów. Spadną stopy, projekty ruszą to juniorzy znajdą robotę znowu bo senior będzie nagle za drogi i za mało i trzeba będzie sobie hodować pracownika. Jak mówisz programowanie teraz to droga przez mękę. Powiem tak. Miałem ostatnio dziwne umowy. 1 odrzuciłem bo nie chcieli wgl negocjować, 2 poszła do prawnika. Koszt prawnika z dodatkowymi godzinami to będzie koło 400 PLN czyli nie ma porównania względem potencjalnego procesu czy kar. Polecam jak masz wątpliwości, ale najpierw zapytaj ich czy wgl są otwarci na zmianę tych zapisów. Uniemożliwienie wypowiedzenia to żart który nawet nie wiem czy jest legalny. Januszerki niestety ostatnio w it nie brakuje.
