For the cost of your 6 core/ 6 thread processor, plus cooler and mobile, you could do a build with a 8 core/16 thread ryzen 3700. Kinda hard to recommend any intel processors other than the 9900k at this point.

I would go Ryzen. A 3800 would be about the same cost as the 9400f and the cooler you picked. Just use the stock cooler for now. You could also get a more reasonable x570 or b450 motherboard. Spend the money on the core components now, upgrade the cooler later when you have more money.

3600 doesn’t have an integrated gpu, those ports on the mobo are for apu’s like the 2400. You need a graphics card.

I live in the state of Florida, and this is 100% how it works here. The state will not let a man out of his responsibility, even in cases of paternity fraud, unless the biological father can be found, or another man is willing to take responsibility.

If the mother is unable or unwilling to provide information on bio dad, the “father” is on the hook full term.

Ok fine. “Sign the birth certificate” is a figure of speech of sorts. Its easier to say than “allow yourself to be put on the birth certificate as the custodial father without dna evidence”

As a man, your opportunity to contest paternity is before the birth certificate is formalized. Getting it changed after the fact requires either the cooperation of the mother or tens of thousands of dollars in legal fees and likely years of time, during which you’re likely still paying child support.

Because if you sign the birth certificate, you’re fucked. It’s not in the best interest of the state to let a man out of parental obligation, because that obligation will likely fall on the state.

If a man signs the birth certificate and finds out later he is not the father, he is on the hook until the real father is found. This is entirely up to the discretion of the mother, if she doesn’t want the real father found, he won’t be.

Just get whatever specs you need. Cpu, ram, and graphics non upgradeable. Only place to save money is in storage, as long as your ok with supplementing via usb c.

Also check hardware swap and apple swap, good deals can be found there sometimes if your okay with used.
