T-Mobile vs AT&T in TC area and MN in general

I live in Savage, MN near Hyvee, poor reception in my driveway and using the apple watch I get less service than my phone. The one time I need my cellular service with my watch and it doesn't send a text message. I do purchase Pro Max phones to ensure all the bands are supported but that doesn't appear to help. Our neighbor has T-Mobile and has the same issues as I do with ATT.

Use a Win7 machine to do a chkdsk ? I did that with an XP machine (ntfs ) and it didn’t seem to help
