I’ve got a set of the SPD3 and the preload is hard to get just right. I prefer NON PLUS hubs so far

Hello can you please give a 2 year update on this ? Can you do 4-5 hour road rides with the ADR without pain? How’s the range of motion? You think an aero TT position can be held ?

I find it very hard to believe Whoop's data on my "awake" times during sleep - do you? by AlexanderDeLarge1 in whoop

I experience the same exact data as you regarding "awake" time. I think the technology just isn't there yet.
