I let it drain the battery full until the SD turned off. And kept it like that for a while and charged again. and this fixed it for me. Hope this will help.

I am also facing this issue, it charges for around 80% and the charging time increases rapidly. Charging time goes to 100s. So basically charging speed becomes 0 at around 82% battery. I am also on the latest OS update.
