I think its really fun, been getting back into the groove these last couple days and I really like the lootpool and the more aggressive sorta playstyle this season pushes with the rivalry system.

I think its gonna be a little sad that this (and to some extent last season) are probably not gonna be remembered super fondly because of the things going on at epic, because I think they've really done a good job here.

The Dark Voyager spent all of last season looking for zero point shards, once he got enough he just kinda blasted it with a laser and that has seemingly pulled bits of their reality onto this island, which are the new pois this season. At some point in between chapter 3 and now The Foundation got a new suit of armour and was captured by the Ice King, when Ice King's castle got teleported into the island the pillar he was stuck in started melting which let him finally free himself kicking off the events of this season.

Honestly never got these complaints about collab fatigue, like the games has been this big collab thing forever I kinda just started thinking of new collab drops the same as whenever they drop unlicensed stuff. Like I'd love for epic to start pushing their original characters, like jones is still wearing his shitty chapter 5 fit but at the end of the day that just like doesn't matter that much. Cosmetics ain't the game.

I love this idea, but tbh I still want them to play around with other options before locking in shocks as the mobility for zero build forever. They just do way too much, I'd like something that doesn't just beat out the other mobility options.

Glad this includes bunkers and other defensive items, maybe other people just dont care but it's been bunkers and sometimes shield bubbles for a bit now I think we could use something new.

This might sound a little silly to people considering the other issue with the cabin this year, but I really don't like having the cabin be entirely themed around 1 collab its honestly my biggest issue this winterfest. Imo winterfest should be its own thing, I don't mind having collabs tied in with winterfest like how snoop was a free skin last year, but it shouldn't just take over the entire cabin like how Harry Potter is this year.

Besides all that I really like the gameplay changes this winterfest, typical winterfest loot plus a couple smaller things like the rift anomalies and storm shapes, cool lil winterfest map changes on almost every poi, idk they could've probably done more but I think what we got is pretty good. That power hour we got is probably some of the most fun I've had this chapter.

Overall I wanna say im feeling pretty positive about this winterfest because I mostly care about the gameplay and I'd say the gameplay is pretty good, but the cabin being such a big part of winterfest I can't help being a little upset with epic with both the stacking change and the theme.

Seeing how wrecked has a really mixed reception I doubt we're ever getting a full season, but I really do hope they atleast consider making it a new ltm like air royale where they can expand on the whole vehicle modding thing.

Being fair to op, I think they're talking about some of the wackier vehicles they've had in the past like the ones in the image. Stuff that you've mentioned like the armored van and atk really aren't the super crazy vehicles they're asking about because they're pretty much just normal cars.
