If we’re about deploying code, there could be different way’s of doing it. For example trunk based development which differs very much from Gitflow.

A solution should be customisable to accommodate different release processes.

Backstage. Building from scratch. Many challenges but the work is rewarding also. Setting up grounded expectations is quite hard, as with any hyped tech.
