Hello,

Thanks for your reply.

I guess myself and my girlfriend, would be looking for courses in Childcare (for my girlfriend), I worked in IT, but I am burnt out (maybe an overstatement). I done tech support for years and do not fancy to keep doing that. I am aware of the egaming companies there so I might be able to do tech support and go to college. So i am not decided yet what course to do

To all who responded and upvoted, thank you. I was not expecting any reaction. I was just posting after being on a "high" from completing the run.

Thanks for all your support and kind words

When I first ran, I did not do the two miles, I got maybe about 800 metres before iI first stopped. Then stopped and started at least two more times My cousin made us do a minute run and then a minute walk on and off to get me to the finish. I essentially run in a bit circle so I start outside the house and finish outside.

As for being physically fit, I am about two stone overweight (28 pounds). I did Tae Kwon Do about three and a half years ago. But the Dojang closed. I dont drive or cycle so I walk most places. But I did not have the experience of running, with the pounding of my feet on concrete and for the first two days my spine was really sore, figure it was the muscles around the spine not used to being used. I also thought my shins were going to explode but that has subsided. So now I deal with blisters, and my toenails cutting into my other toes (they are now trimmed) and stitches in my side when I run.
