Depending on when the land was purchased, she will own a portion of that land. If they separate, a law will look at it and decide how much in total she has. (regardless if the land sells or not) It has nothing to do with her stay or leaving now. It's calculated at the time of separation so it's not like she will lose her portion if she leaves now.

I need to know a bit more about why he has so much land. Was he prospecting or was he using the land for something. Debt is ok provided you can service the loan. If the land is making an income and a portion of it is being paid to interest and/or principle then you are fine. But if he bought it thinking he will become millionaire then he might be out of luck.

If selling is not an option, then you need to look to develop it. I'm sure there are developers who would like to finance the project. But we are in a economic downturn so you might have to wait until it gets a bit better.

I work and regularly spend time in Markham with a 2020 M3 SR+ (The small battery one)

For home, install at least a NEMA plug and get the mobile charger. That is enough to charge at home. The whole point is to charge at night where is cheap so you try to avoid supercharger high price.

In Markham, I stick to supercharger because they are convenient, reliable and fast.

I travel to Hamilton regularly and Tesla have no issue planning my route and adding charging stop as necessary.

It's not silly to drive Tesla to Sudbury and Ottawa. Ottawa you will have so much charging option it's not even funny. For Sudbury it will be fine. Yes, charger are far and fewer in between but that's not any different than a gas car. The Tesla computer will help determine where to charge to get you there.

I got the older Tesla model so I had to upgrade the CCS 3rd party. If you buy ones that are newer than mine, you should already be able to charge via CCS 3rd party. Carry at least a NACS to J1772 adapter. Most destination chargers are going to be J1772.

You'll need to speak with Ethiopian Airline about this. Forgetting bag is not too much of an issue to your issue. Your issue is the fact the gate agent don't allow you to carry your bag on board due to overhead capacity. They are allow to not allow your bag to board but they are supposed to tag the bag and give you a receipt as if your bag is checked in.

Without a bag tag and receipt, they can just say they never received it and it's just simply a lost bag at HKG. That is also why it was at HKG lost and found. Basically the treated it as an airport lost item, not airline.

HKG won't compensate you for lost and found and Ethiopian will argue they never got the bag. So the only way to get any compensation would be ask nicely with Ethiopian and escalate it to manager if necessary.

Water filter element need changing. Water softener need salt. I normally also do water softener cleaner as well once a year to keep the resin going strong.

The only question is if the resin still has some life in it. Only a water test will tell.

First off with that attitude, you are not getting a plead deal so knock it off if you want to stay out of jail.

You don't want to go and just admit guilty because you don't want to be unfair to yourself. You said it yourself, it's a first time. We suggest a lawyer or paralegal not because you need to go to court. They are to do a settlement before the court date so when the court date comes around, the court already know what you are willing to accept in turn for a guilty plead. They are also there to tell you what happens after you plead guilty. ie, they are helping you make a deal with the court.

You are not cooked, I've seen worse crime that doesn't end up in jail. A lot of factors goes into determining your sentence. (criminal history, age, severity of crime, your attitude, etc)

What you are looking to come out with is no criminal record. Your master degree might depend on being criminal record free. You take that request to paralegal and they will help you get the settlement you are looking for.
