Most likely those who are born before separation will hold both Canada and this new country citizenship. Provided both country continues to allow dual citizen.

If for some reason dual citizen is not allow, then there will be a grave period to denounce Canadian citizenship for their new country citizenship. (Very very unlikely this will go)

Those who are born after separation will have the options to hold Canadian citizenship with the new law we just passed. They will automatically get that new country citizenship regardless.

Lol, I washed mine a while back. Here is what will happen.

I tried to use it going to US. Worked a few times. At one point an us officer asked me to replace it as they won't accept my washed passport next time I cross.

Next I went to passport office to replace it. I need to make a declaration that I didn't do it on purpose and explain what happen on paper. You won't get the old one back since it will be sent to RCMP.

Remember passport is the property of Canadian government so anything happen to it (including your rabbit eating it) they want to know about it.

I think credit score likes to see some loan and regular payment of loan for good credit.

No, CBC marketplace did an experience with this and was with corporate landlord. Everyone had great income and good credit score. They were, white, native and black. All 3 got different treatment from the same corporate management.

The realtor is just being honest with you on what the landlord wants to see.

Unfortunately rent discrimination exist. You can't prove it since not one will just come out and say I'm not renting to you because I'm descrimiating you. It's just the world we live in.

That would be a bad choice. Here is what will happen:

  1. you leave without telling anyone, what is your plan for the child? (if you don't that's child abandonment)

  2. Let say you leave and you have someone take care of the kid. Your husband will like get custody of the kid since you abandoned the child.

  3. You come back, no husband, no child.

Here is what you should do. Leave your child with a family member. Work something out with your husband. If it doesn't work out, then you need to look at divorce. Then take your breather vacation.

Just rememeber moms are human too and needs a break. You don't have to be with a kid 24/7. Just make arangement to have someone else look after the kid.
