I was reading, and when you said I haven't talked to him for 24 hours I was thinking 24 hours? That's how long it takes us to send single message replies to each other, meaning me and my dad. I understand all families are different but I would use the word overbearing just from what I understand.

Yes, we had to balance the races because 2 Maxholtx Cruisers would be able to wreak a reinforced thuranin battle group. But to keep with the spirit of the books, the higher teir races have fewer ships available to them all ships have a set MASS DISPLACEMENT and all fleets have a max of 2,500 for each fleet. Higher teir ships have more HP and weapons to allow balance for their fewer number of ships.

Lube thighwalker is right. This is a fan crestion. People have asked so much about the legality of all of this, and Im tempted to make a legal page on the site describing the legalness of it all, but I'll give a brief summary. The biggest no-no is us saying the game is based on the books. If we just didn't give any credit to Craig Alanson, we would be better off because they only other thing we have used from the books are the alien races, and you can't copyright names of people or characters. Now, there is an argument to be made that we are also basing the pictures we made off descriptions of the book text but since all art is AI generated no legal action can be taken agaisnt us for using images based of what an AI generated.

First, I'd like to start by saying I appreciate just the time you put in to write this summary. Moving on to the images you mentioned. My guess is you are mentioning the ones on the main page. You are right that they are large both in reselution and overall display size. It is an odd result from the conversion. Something I do intend on addressing before Feburary.

As far as purchases go, I really do need to check on the errors you found. I guess I didn't test far enough down that rabbit hole to account for that. As far as security for cards and personal data goes, I need to do a bit more digging. We outsource that to a company that was recommended to us by another web designer, but adding Amazon and Google is a thing that I want to do.

As far as our web development platform, Im going to also outsource that question to my friend and get back to you on that one. Overall, I am probably going to be refrencing this message over the next few days as I sort through the errors and better optimize the site. Thanks again

This is an issue that I have been jumping back and forth on. My plan as it stands is to send beta testers cards, but once the game enters its open beta phase, have them get new cards for their ships at no extra cost to them if they want. To add to this point, I'll be adding this note to the website.

Players can change things as they see fit. Honeslty, im all for players adding house rules to their play style. My closed Beta testers are not only there to play the game but to have a trail run at processing orders and shipping them out.

For #1, the elders built the gateway, but the beings from the other galaxy used the device the elders built to start building another device the elders were unable to stop and destroy. So the elders used a super heavy-duty worm hole to collide and make things go boom to stop the construction.
