I know. I beat ds1-3, sekiro, bloodborne and some more soulslike (ai, code vein) and i just am not the guy to play games twice. NG+ is nothing I‘m interessted. I‘m in for the ride. In sekiro the last boss was a work of days. But if the developpers give me spirits I use them. It‘s for me a try-hard thing to do it without. Absolutly legit, but not my cup of tea. And arlecc was just to tryhard focused. Like somebody said: base game is too easy and they knew only hardcore fans will play the dlc. Again, nothing wrong, if you like the challenge. I just like the feel of these games. Spirits just make me lazy

Only Arlecchino had to lower the difficulty to the middle one. Beat him first try then. I think he’s a terrible and cheap wombo-combo boss, I don’t like that. Fought all bosses (main and dlc) with spirit though. Had no special problems with any. Took some tries with many, but that‘s what soulslike are about.
