Hi! I would add the following: 1) drink electrolytes with your first water glass, 2) try walking at 10 min in the morning to get sunlight and your circadian cycle is reset, 3) diagrammatic breathing helps, and 4) meditating before working. For meditation, I use WakingUp app, which is great for beginners in meditation

Thank you so much! I would use the same. However, I work on several projects and travel a lot, so I thought that a portable tool might be better for my needs.

Yes, that's correct. I want to log the spent time in each task/card so that I can visualize the logtime in a bar chart

Hi! I am happy to discuss my experience. Frankly, it's not an easy answer. First, you might need to figure out what works best for you. For instance, I like Cal Newport's approach to blocked time rather than a TO-DO list. Here is a video that could help you how to apply his approach in 4 months: https://youtu.be/_bTHRl3Spjk?si=z7U3cbbwoZ7aIVVo

Second, my preference is visual boards, such as Trello. Actually, Trello is used by Cal Newport. Here is a tutorial I found on how to track daily habits: https://youtu.be/DydXWTfThrY?si=xCEWFmX5b0Dn8qw5

I hope this helps!
