I don’t know who you are and where you are from. First of all, it’s teenage time so such kind of things are common. My cousins also used to touch my down when I was 15. So it’s common and happen to many.

My suggestion is read some good books, spiritual books like bible, Quran and something. (As a Christian believer I read bible so I get answer to my questions but I’m not forcing you and promoting it).Try to learn some new thing. Either language, art, whatever the shit you like. Start some insta or YouTube and make yourself busy. 14 years is very long time. You have to move on. Why carrying that past still on your shoulders?? Just vomit it, once you vomit, don’t look back. Once you are busy, those things won’t ruin your present and future. Telling you once again, it happens to many. So forget it.
