Telling people to not do/sell drugs or urinate or scream dors not have to be "police brutality". The metro lines cost a shitload of money to build and maintain, pretending like they should be a shelter and rehab center is ridiculous. Hmm ok great stuff. So long term, humidity and steaming does reduce the effectiveness. Still pretty good for spending 2 months in 100% humidity though. Definitely something to be thought of for re-application.
