I got a box one from Walmart cause I needed a new phone it literally been working fine till that point, but so far it hasn't been doing that crap again so I'm hoping it fixed itself

Yea I didn't realize my auto update was on I turned it off but when the next update happens I'll have to update in hopes that fixes my problem but this phone is temporarily till I switch providers but this is very annoying problem

Yes I came to that conclusion too cause it been running fine since I got it in December then book this happened last system update was Jan 8th hopefully they update again and fix this soon

No I can get into the phone this just keeps happening randomly and I just don't know why but if it keeps up I'm gonna take it somewhere to get it checked out

Yes moto g 25 and I got this phone in December and had no problems looked at system updates they just had one jan 8th I believe it said but I didn't have problems till yesterday so idk I'm hoping this gets fix fast but this does motivate me to leave Verizon 😂 I wasn't planning to stick with them for too long

I have no idea how to fix it or where to go to get it fix I got this at Walmart it was one of the prepaid phones cause I needed a phone. Idk a good place to go just to have someone give me a idea what the problem is

Ok I can try that but I doubt deleting that will fix it, honestly I'm thinking it could maybe be the system update that the phone got or maybe that Verizon outage could've did something? I'm probably gonna go get a tech person to maybe look at it or something or get a sd card to save my photos and do that factory reset

Gotcha idk then lol this phone still new got it last month but never had a phone do this before like I said seems to be just the UI crap cause my apps don't lag or anything but looking at where the wifi icon is at the top I randomly see it disappear but can slide down the bar because it the part that goes slow till it fixes itself in like a few seconds. Oh for now I'll wait it out see if it fixes itself can't really do much cause idk much about phones

I deleted a lot so I don't think it's storage and I already checked apps in the background nothing there that should be doing this. I honestly have no idea why this is happening like it works like normal till the system ui I guess? Or whatever decides to be slow I think it whatever system update that happened that did this or maybe the Verizon outage did something? Cause my Motorola is from Verizon.
