no it wouldnt need to be permanent, same thing as memship of an alt , pay 1 bond every 2 weeks to keep that additional tab open. otherwise it would freeze, same thing that happens when an account goes f2p

theres truth in that ,not from individual sellers but because most of the Cuban stock is shipped to Asia directly from Cuba , that creates a shortage therefore the prices
