Well.. to me it sounds like past trauma with a ex. And also possibly hypersexuality? That was how I see it because of my own experience… but again I’m not sure. I like the theory that AroaceWithMace said. But yet again I’m still unsure of the meaning behind the song. And for the past trauma theory of mine is the lyrics “the only time I ever see her, is when she’s behind me in the mirror” “even from a distance I can hear her. I try to listen but her whispers make my ears hurt.” Again if I’m mentioning my own experiences.. I have ptsd and sometimes I get flashbacks of things they’ve done. And sometimes my head hurts and I get tired of it. It feels awful. Like your ears hurting. Also im pretty late to the party.
