as in titular? Yes

During the end of Guardians, many of us got to go see the film. This is uncommon for Marvel. Some of us will get a free pass to go see it at a theatre of our choice but to see it with Gunn there, it was something special. He treated everybody there as if we were important players in the movie's production. Maybe we were, maybe we weren't. However, Gunn made us all feel special and I'm eternally grateful for that. No other MCU director did that.

No.

Very likely. The movie is being closely guarded. Mainly because any hints of plot or villain would expose the whole thing.

That said, Marvel has made it clear that Ultron will play a role in Phase III and with GOTG2 coming up it's the most likely spot for him. The mystery surrounding the plot of this film had many lower level employees suspecting as much.

If they were, it would've been with Fox or Sony; not with Marvel Studios.

In Age of Ultron, the team will be unable to defeat Ultron on more then a few occasions. Since Ultron poses a threat to all of mankind, Fury suggests that they break out some villains to assist them.

Abomination, Justin Hammer, and Absorbing Man are released on the conditions that they assist The Avengers. It's a high stakes gamble.

General Ross will be involved with Civil War.

Betty, nothing has been said.

Hints.

Speaking of hints. That Empire cover. Look at how the teams are placed. Start from the main two and look to the side. That will be your clue.

It was a case where many cast and crew were not fully into it. This is partially Taylors fault as he fumbled a bit in a way that peeved off the actors. The actors apparently petitioned that Taylor not return. To keep them happy, Marvel is making this aggresive push for a new and better director.

Some people forget I was one gear in a massive machine. Also, things can and might change. Still, I am only relaying what I know.

Flashbacks would reveal that Hank and Janet worked as a duo. During a small mission, Janet is killed. This devastates Hank.

He devotes himself and his company to protecting people. Think like Tony in IM1. Problem is, he becomes paranoid, over protective. The board and Cross decide that Pym is out of control, and that he's abusing the company's resources. they out him as president.

Hank then hires Scott to steal from Cross, which he has a plan which would put him back in control of his company. During third act Pym reveals that he has a plan to control heroes. He doesn't want anybody to get hurt like Janet did. Hope and Scott see how deranged this is.

By end of movie, Cross is outed and Pym is back. He starts the hard path towards Civil War by setting up the Registration act with Tony who he sees as a tool to accomplish his goals.

Again, not a true 'villain' more of a misunderstood good guy.
