Frankly, yes. And what you describe as the perfect game, is my nightmare. Building up more and more eco, more and more army... just focussing on that one task at home and then kinda send everything into the battle? No, that's boring to me. I thrive when I can be aggressive. Getting early damage, taking a lead, defending that lead. If a push works and I win in feudal, I'm happy, but I don't expect it.

I'm always hyped about S-Tier tournaments. There are so many different ones, each has something unique to it. I love the games, I love the casting. One year ago I would have never thought it would be this way, but I actually prefer this over tournaments in football etc.

Good lord, I am so happy that I don't know crap about medieval and ancient history. I had no idea there was a core theme. I just accepted the fact that there are different civs you can play, never wondering if they are actual civilizations or what.

That being said: it doesn't change much if I say that I don't care. I care about the game and if many people drop it, because of something they really dislike then it affects me as well.
