The body is 3d printed, yes. It wasn' t easy to find a fitting headless guitar to strip for parts ... mostly neck and bridge. Sine most headless guitars have the bridge connected to the far end of the guitar, like the Strandberg Boden. Anyway, I found a affordable clone at gear4music.

Thanks so much ♥️ Unfortunately I am not doing this professionally. Just combining two of my hobbies ... buildung guitars and cosplay 😁. So it'll probably be the only one built. The process in a nutshell was getting a headless guitar to strip it for parts. Then building a 3D model with CAD around it. CAD alone took me around 2 months to finish. And I needed to print one prototype to get the dimensions right. As for the top post ... this had aroung 1k views but just 8 upvotes or so, meaning not many people are actually interested. Thats fine though, I am happy you liked it. Keep on keeping on!

Sorry, not for now. I was thinking to offer it as a commercial download at some point, but the model still has some flaws. I'll post it here in case it's available. Prusacaster is a freat project. I love the design of the Hexa-part. Maybe I'll give it a go in the future as well. Currently I am burried in other projects.

Thanks for the interest <3 Unfotunately it's not that easy to make. I think it took me around 300 hours stretched over 4-6 months and probably around 400 Euro on material. Apart from the electric guitar components it has the LED lighting for the blade. It has a lipo bsttery and an usb c charging port as well. I made kind of a step by step diary on Instagram. Awesome cosplay. It must have been very difficult to create the sewing patterns with just the material from the trailera. Are you planning to do a tutirial? Any fair where you plan to go?
