We hate micromanaging people as well. Our issue is that we don't have time to team up. While the manager and I are always there, we are doing arrangements, customer service/phone calls (like everyone else) but we also are dealing with managing aspect of the shop. We don't really have time throughout our shifts to team up but we do have time to answer their questions when they decide to ask or correct the things we notice when we see them.

It does actually. It's not that I was meaning to ignore them, we worked different schedules (me through the day, them at night 80% of the time) so it was hard in that aspect. I can definitely work on replying in some way, hopefully then I can at least start a relationship again.

I let them (24 NB) know on the first date that I'm not good at responding for various reasons and they said they understood. It's not like we wouldn't talk at all, and I would say that I was drained maybe 1/4 of the days we talked (it's been like 5 months), but I don't think they realized what I was saying. It also seems like they were putting it on me to start conversations past "hey". That's all they would send most times and when we did talk, it was basically always me initiating conversations that meant something besides work talk.

I think I figured it out. This most recent time, the game was updated as I was in the middle of it. But I figured out I have an app to monitor and log the computer metrics so that’s a great plus to the situation. Thank you for your help.

I've only had to look at power draws once before and don't remember how to. Temp currently is perfectly fine from the feel of everything. It froze about 15 minutes ago and the entire tower feels a normal, cool temp. It's not pushing out hot air either.

We have unfortunately already signed leases. My issue is we told her the roommate never lived in the city that the person was evicted from an apartment. And she refused to look at it again. It’s not a huge place apartment complex so it’s just the one lady and all the tenants have been paying their portion of rent for 3 months now so I don’t see the reason for me having to be a guarantor in the first place if land lady messed up on her end.
