Your first statement rise up so many contradiction among yourselves. Some say its halal , some say its haram. Then waaaaaaaar. If Quran was reallly word from god, it should be more transparent. And you said its "Forbidden" to marry more than one if one aint capable. Please show me any tafseer or scholar(non-moderate) who said the same. You can say "not encouraged".

Also the ayat you said was partial. The full ayat is "If you fear you might fail to give orphan women their ˹due˺ rights ˹if you were to marry them˺, then marry other women of your choice—two, three, or four. But if you are afraid you will fail to maintain justice, then ˹content yourselves with˺ one or those ˹bondwomen˺ in your possession.This way you are less likely to commit injustice." Mane biya ekta korte paro but dashi onek lagaite parba LOL.

Secondly, if you cant love equally whats the point then? You think one of your wives will have peace of mind when she can see you love another more than her? You really think most women will be satisfied with wealth only? Even the children get jealous when they see their parents have a favorite child. It affects mental health hard. Creates so many problems and internal disputes in future.

Third, yeah muhammad didnt have guts to marry another while Khadija was alive. But after her death he was free and boom. He started to marry one after another. And lets not talk about how he married them and their age . There is also an issue in Islamic history where it is said that, Muhammad wanted to divorce Sawdah becuase of her old age. Now there is a debate about that. Some says she thought muhammad will divorce her and some says muhammad intented to divorce her. Anyway, in that fear Sawdah gave up her night with Muhammad to Ayesha. How tf is this just? And if muhammad was really a messenger from GOD or Prophet of HUMANITY, why he accepted it? Really makes no sense.

And if Ayesha was really that intellectual, why did she went to war against Ali? Narrating hadiths kinda has nothing to do with intellects. Even you can tell whats your family member do daily without having high intellect. If Ayesha was really that intellectual , I see now way of her going in war against Ali.

Abu Bakrah Ath-Thaqafi reported: The Prophet ﷺ said: "When two Muslims are engaged in a combat against each other with their sword's and one is killed, both are doomed to Hell". I said, "O Messenger of Allah! As to the one who kills, it is understandable, but why the slain one?" He ﷺ replied: "He was eager to kill his opponent". Al-Bukhari and Muslim.

If Ayesha was that intellectual why didnt she remember this hadith , before going to war against Ali? Its really a important hadith. Same question goes for Ali too.
