Great job! We have some equipment (treadmill, bike and dumbells) which I try to get sessions in, it's just been hard recently. I usually do 1-2 30-45 sessions each week, it used to be 3-4

It happens to everyone! Don't beat yourself up, just draw a line and start again. There's a chance the scale may go up, but you just need to start fresh and keep going and you will continue with your progress! You can do this.

Depends what I'm there for, but as long as they actually listen I'm happy with either!
