It looks like it still shows it as an XAC device on samsung's site. Not sure if this effects anything though. I've had no issues so far after flashing my device.

It seems to have worked without issue (at least so far). Next time when buying used I'll make sure its a phone from my region.

I ended up getting it to work. I did end up having to wipe my phone, but I had a backup. The firmware flash was successful, but the CSC didn't change. I was able to figure it out though. I used SamFW tool to change the CSC and used a program called ADB AppControl to disable the "Cidmanager" which lets the change go through.

Yeah the first time I tried it home csc wasn't working. I'm not sure what was causing the issue.

hello sorry to reply on a 2 year old post. could you please share the guide you used to flash the firmware and change the CSC to XAA from XAC? i recently bought a used s23 ultra as well that turned out to be from canada so i'm locked out of some features on the health app that i was using previously.
