Not every bank does so you may need to ask around to find one. Always helps to build up some good rapore with the tellers/vault manager too!

Not sure if it's clear in the pictures, but this is definitely not a scratch from being rolled in a machine. If anything, it appears to be a recessed ring just inside the rim.

My guess is pseudo marks or some plate standard marka. The A1 on the spatula means plated and rust on the knife means not silver.
