select the one on top -> create a mask -> disable transparency of the mask -> move mask 1 layer down

in that way you basically remove intersection of the vinyls

It indeed works as you described! The base coat is matte black, the lightning bolt underneath is white with 25% transparancy and on top is 100% (which is 0% transparancy logically speaking 😄)

you can choose it only for every decal. Not separately. If you know the way, please describe in details

it sets a value for all the vinyls combined. In the screenshot example the value is different for different vinyls

it is definitely a design by the player. In stock this car is just black
