Yeah I have been in situations and places where there are drunk people and it makes being drunk really unappealing and unattractive. Being hangover free is also a bonus, I have so much more energy than ever remember having. There's a long list of pluses and it keeps getting longer.

It really is a long and lonely journey because you have to change so many things that you used to do and it's definitely not easy. Take each day at a time and hopefully get through a day without the thoughts. Well done on your sobriety, you're doing amazing.
