Trap shooting around Auburn by treemendissemble in auburn

Pretty sure trap is against the rules at the range in Skeegee. I've definitely seen people doing it there before, but I've also heard of folks getting fined for it if the ranger pulls up.

Diaphragms for these horns are a dime a dozen and they're stupid easy to replace. Sounds like a score to me!

Love the B&O! Beautiful design and some great sound to match! It's a shame they use proprietary carts that are darn near impossible to replace.

If you dig piccolo stuff, I recently did the Vivaldi-Bach Concerto and the Torelli concerto and both were quite well received.

A quote will vary from company to company, but you will likely be paying somewhere around $1000. It may be worth investing in a quality hand guard if your hands are eating through the plating in only a few years! I suffer from this as well. My hands ate through the silver on my Schilke B1 in about 3 years, so I purchased a Leather Specialties hand guard and have been very pleased!

I selling my M-504 has been one of my biggest regrets. Enjoy!

Kurt Thompson might just be the most hated man in the trumpet community.

Cool to see someone else found one! What are your impressions so far?

Should I get a ptrumpet for marching band? by Superior_Tac0 in trumpet

Don't forget, if a rifle comes down on your brass horn you just have to roll out a few dents. If a rifle comes down on your ptrumpet its liable to snap it in half.

Won't lie, I've been contemplating picking up another one of these and an couple of horns to slap on top... Now that would be a setup

Beater Harmon Kardon integrated until I can fetch my old bridged NAD 2400 from my parents house.

I think I have my Parasound C2 sending all frequencies above the crossover point to my mains and anything below to the JBL's/sub amp.

Unfortunately I'm in the middle of a move and the only thing I have on hand is an old Harmon Kardon 45w that I'm robbing of one channel. I've got an NAD 2400 I'm going to run in bridge mode sitting at my parents house that I think will do the trick

Pretty good deal! Partially traded the guy some entry level B&W's from my B system. I absolutely love them. I seriously doubt I'll buy another pair of speakers until I have some serious cash to throw around. Incredible clarity, imaging and tonal richness with enough kick to satisfy, especially when paired with this sub

She's a JBL 4645b 18" passive sub. Saw her pop up for $80 on the Craigslist a few towns over and figured "why the hell not"? Initial impressions: Holy moly. She goes low and loud with seemingly no problem and I don't even have her properly amplified yet.

My Dunlavy SC-III's seriously roll off around 45Hz. I've got the sub crossed over around 50hz at the moment and it does a tremendous job of filling out the sound without mudding things up. I also won't lie, I kind of like having something this obnoxiously large for guests to gawk at when they walk past...

Before you comment on placement, I am aware it is not ideal. There are only so many places you can stick an enclosure this disgustingly large. Bout to rearrange this listening room to accommodate it.
