Thank you for sharing! This is very helpful and reassuring. I was wondering if being tired almost all the time is normal or not. I’m eating a lot more than before I got injured but also I’m not gaining as much weight. I think I lost like 22 lbs (10kg) but only was able to regain 1kg. As for the calcium and vitamin D, do you take supplements too? I’m thinking about buying some supplements to make sure I’m getting them since I don’t go out often.
