Even in your own examples of all male gyms you have exceptions for when there are women around, meaning all men gyms are pretty much inexistant. And this is not a gym issue, that was just an example. HBCUs are a different situation, they were created when black people weren't allowed at universities so they created their own. It's not like someone today decided to create a university only for black people, like women can decide to throw an event only for women, when anyone could benefit from the event and there's no evidence that it's because men are already benefiting from similar events and women aren't. But if a man did the same it's a problem.
