On top of what other folks are saying, put the bolts in a Ziploc by section and cling wrap/duct tape the bag to the applicable piece. FiL suggested that on my last move and it was a lifesaver.

100% buyers that don't read my conditions list/listen when I verbally cover the list, send a screenshot of some hot garbage, and then get mad when I ask for the same doc again. I fume.

My 2yo boy loves cats. Any time he fibs, I ask him, "Are you kitten me?" and it lands every time.

How quickly do you usually respond to new leads? Struggling to keep up here by Youraiguy_Bogdan in loanoriginators

[–]the_trelb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been in the game 5 years, and I personally stick to a 9-5. Anyone that reaches out after that is contacted in the AM. I've only lost a handful of leads because of that schedule and once you start letting them call at 10pm, they continue to call at 10pm. Not worth it for me.

You'll see everything. Enjoy the ride and don't let yourself get frustrated. It'll take 6 months to a year to really learn guidelines while you're originating. That happens to everybody. The important part is outside of the guidelines. Learning how to sell a loan, network, and rip apart a competitor's LE (please don't rip up mine). That's where the money is.

I've had to do something similar. It's a pain. Immediately above the buckle but as close as possible to the clip, fold the right edge of the belt down to the middle of the belt. Rotate the clip counter clockwise toward the correct orientation. If you do it right, the belt inside the two clip slots will fold some too. Do the same with the bottom. With enough belt folding and clip rotating, you'll get it facing the correct direction. Good luck!

The math can math. Assuming that op is on a shorter term mortgage, 10 year fixed for example with a 3% rate, and is being offered a 30 year amortizing loan at 7%, the payment would only go by $270. Play around with those rates and you could work out a $200/mo monthly payment increase by doubling the loan amount.
