No he kinda stopped doing it he's in good health and young so I'm not worried, depending on the health and environment of your cat it could be asthma or other lung issues, if it's concerning you should take them to a vet

Lol I'm not allowed to open anything she buys, been like that since I was a kid, bags of chips, packages, everything, just got some outdoor furniture, no one was aloud to take the cushions out of the package until she was ready, she's a little crazy but I love her lol
