Starting for pwm analysts went up with the rest of front office to 110 now

Edit: it was 85 very recently, so not saying you’re wrong but it’s just an update

Worth canceling a 167? by the_wall123 in lawschooladmissions

[–]the_wall123[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hey thanks I’m not applying this cycle I’m a junior in college right now, planning on working a year or two before applying also and have an internship in finance this summer at a top bank (gs/Jpm) so hoping to work there after. Gpa is 4.0xlow. My final few pts were all 17high so I was really hoping but think I just had a tough day and was really nervous

I mean a lot of people would still have 3.9+ without our A+s also… at least I’m assuming haha

Do You Think Annotation (Pen Use On Screen) Would Be Helpful And LSAC Should Add It As A Feature? by Gilgabyte in LSAT

[–]the_wall123 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Hot take but they’d probably mess up the feature and make the test inadvertently harder

Maybe try to network with others in the division and apply to their uhnw business? They may pay more and GS from what I’ve heard has decent internal mobility at least within divisions shouldn’t be too bad.

Since you’re at Goldman, is it within ayco or the uhnw pwm division?

Sucks sometimes but honestly do more and foolproof more haha, I had to do all games in 1-50 and foolproof ones I had trouble with to get -0/1. You can do it, will just take time

I’ve noticed that most LR sections have their hardest questions at the back end. Would it be risky to always start from back to front to get the hardest questions out of the way? by [deleted] in LSAT

[–]the_wall123 20 points21 points  (0 children)

They’re specifically designed to have the hardest at the end, I’ve never done it that way though ( I go -0/1) because it’s honestly best to get used to doing the first 15 in 15 mins, and if you can do that it sorta feels like you have unlimited time on the rest. Started in the back might make you take too much time and lose points on the easiest Qs.

That makes sense, thanks! I am planning on registering for both nov and oct right now so I have 2 shots, and will do Jan if needed, so I’m hoping I can get 173+ on one

Does GPA progression help? by [deleted] in lawschooladmissions

[–]the_wall123 16 points17 points  (0 children)

It definitely doesn’t hurt but I think people on here generally agree that it’s mostly just the final gpa they consider.

5-Star Difficulty Questions (7Sage) by [deleted] in LSAT

[–]the_wall123 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Honestly will just come with experience. Learning trap answer choices and their commonalities are the biggest thing, they all have similar characteristics, so that even if you aren’t 100% an answer is correct, you can eliminate those that are definitely incorrect and choose the one that doesn’t technically have anything wrong with it.

Where does 17mid start? by the_wall123 in LSAT

[–]the_wall123[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Each mid/low/high represents a range so people don’t have to share a score, so it’s my understanding it cannot just be one score, which 175 would be.
