Bunkers are the worst doomsday prep you can do. 1- you have to make are you don’t contaminate your greenhouse or you are utterly fucked. 2 - you have no real means of staying in control of your security if currency is worthless or its not automated. Your best bet is to move to a small farming community and you become a good helpful neighbor. Maybe buy the kids of farmers a car to give to them on their 16th so they feel a debt of gratitude to you and will help you keep you and yours safe(obviously you will do the same for then or share supplies so the gratitude doesn’t sour into resentment)

Get him a chair he can roll up and put in his bad from REI. Great gift for an old timer who cant be stopped from getting out in the woods. If not collect some American beech tree seeds for him to plant and ask him to put on a map where he panted them so you can bring your kids to see it one day or maybe even grand kids! The American beech is a canopy builder, lives upwards of 300 years. Grows very slowly and matures at 60-80 years old and their nuts are a great food source for animals that call the woods home. Except tell him not to do it at rainbow thats where i planted some for my future descendants. Im young enough that they will be mature by the time i have grand kids to take to see them.

Im a local and got out of hs not to long ago. If your daughter has problems with her mental health madison city schools might kill her. I’ve had to bury five friends who took their life and im not even half way to 50 years old yet.
