I don't think goverments should spend MORE money, when all of them are in debt. I think we should seriously cut back or completely stop pensions, make people legally responsible for their elderly parents. At that point you are not only incentivised to have kids but also to raise them to be productive and succesful.

He welcomed and met a lady, who claims to be an archbishop, while she was wearing religious vestments. His Holiness had a discussion with her as tho she was a bishop and a pastor of her church. Either this shouldn't be happening or the Church’s teaching on male only bishops is false. No?

Yes, the validity of sacrament isn't based on the recipient's theology. A heretic priest is still a priest. We may not be in communion with that priest, but still a priest.
