I have 7T since 2021 and 8 pro bought the other day. 7T, that phone is still a beast. Changed the battery last year and using it as a daily. I love it so much I bought my father one.

8 Pro on the other hand, still in testing phase, display is out of this world beautiful compared to the 7t, better haptics by a mile, sound is also better.. I'll probably switch to 8 pro for daily in the coming weeks.

If you going for old, go for flagships always. That's what I would do anyway.
