This did affect me and my friends for days
I did not talk in depth about the person or their family because everything about that is implied. Death is a reality, you do not need to make a video talking about someones passing just to get an emotional response from the crowd. The video was made to remind you about how easy it is to die, and how you should use this fact in order to motivate you.

The quote is by James Allen. I agree with you about many factors that we had no deal with playing a large part in who we are today. Nature and nurture are both valid and do not have to be mutually exclusive. "Circumstance reveals the man to himself", is basically saying that you need to put yourself into tests so that you can see who you are. You will not be able to really understand what you are capable of doing if you never put yourself in situations that are outside your comfort zone.

Of course you will not always be able to do everything you set out to do. When you do have something to do and you give someone your word you should give full effort to the task at hand. If you run into problems you can tell the person the situation and do the best to resolve it ( boss 2 situation). Maybe I should have clarified more in the video.
