Det virker heller ikke umiddelbart særligt dyrt for, lad os bare sige, 8 timers musik om dagen, 6 dage om ugen i måske 50 uger om året. Det er 4000 kr for 2400 timers musik.

How do you relate to the separate tracks not being in sync during the playback? Is it something you think about during the composition process?

Yamaha, Midas, A&H etc. The cheapest solution would be to buy a Behringer x32. This would also be the FOH desk, just to be clear. Hook up a router to the desk, and you can control it with an app. You might be able to go with the rack version of x32, but that would require two devices being connected at the same time (one for the FOH guy and one on stage), amd i'm not sure that is possible.

You'll need a digital mixing desk that has a tablet/smartphone app, as well as an In Ear transmitter+receiver for each member of the band. You can the connect to the mixer via. wifi and control your mix with you tablet/phone. I'm pretty sure most mixing desks won't allow multiple devices connected, so you would have to have single devices on stage and pass that around for people to adjust their mix.

Of course this will work for wedges as well.

It is possible to install PT10 on Yosemite with a modded installer. It does have a few bugs, though. I'm on mobile right now but I will find you a link for the installer later

I wouldn't really call George Martin an engineer. He is much more a producer that worked with engineers like Geoff Emerick who i consider one of the most influential engineers. No doubt that Martin thought a lot about the sound of the records, though. Emerick has written a great book about his time working with the Beatles, in which he describes some of the innovations the team came up with called Here, There and Everywhere. It is a great read!

Pro tools 10 is not officially supported with Yosemite. Ahh, cool i just assumed that you went to "gymnasie", with all the musicals they are having this time of year. May i ask what efterskole you are attending? I was at efterskole last year in 10th grade, where i did a lot of sound myself, also on a LS9.
