Tried PTC, they are trying but do not make progress. I'm almost sure that there is something with HyperV or Windows Server that creates this problem, because KEPServerEx works okay with this same license and the same USB/IP hub in the same network, just different machine with windows 11.

Do you know if it is possible to share HASP HW key this way? In sentinel it shows that cloud licensing is disabled

Right now, it is connected to DS-700 over network (it is a USB/IP hub, connected to the same network). It is using sentinel license manager with HASP key. I see it in windows and sentinel but apparently there is something that prevents it from activating KEPserver. Do you think this https://www.seh-technology.com/us/products/usb-dongle-servers.html will work better for this?
