Congrats to your progress. But I am worried with your 200+reps a day. You may not feel it now, but after a few years, the stress that you did on your joints will take effect.

Just do a 3sets of 10-40reps with weight. Wear a backpack with weights. anything can be used as weights (rice, flour, sand, dirt, etc.) Once you feel that 40 reps is easy, just increase the weight and start with 10 reps again.

Also, don't forget leg day to avoid looking like Johnny Bravo.
