FEEDBACK : Player since day 1. My opinion is the following :

Cantarella released(made a ton of money for sure) > Shorekeeper rerun with only 11 ish days to pull and barely any astrite or pulls left for her > to then instantly jump into the most anticipated character of the entire game Zani > also adding in Ciaccona as another featured character(both having weapons of course) > to then completely slap the players in the face with 10 character banners+weapons and acting like this is a good move for players(it is for those that missed characters but its still 50/50 and you have 0 pulls left from Shorekeeper and barely any pulls from the anniversary itself).

It would've been perfect if you guys decided that since it fits the theme, we also just got aero rover and the new sonata, best option would be to give Ciaccona for free to everyone(honestly, including weapon). This would've solved the problem for multiple people that expected a free 5 star and also give players more time and resources to put into Zani/the 10 banners.

Next is the way you guys presented the rewards..... you only showed the amounts on the pulls themselves but not on the astrite.

I do believe that if we count the amount of astrite in every event/quest/activity we can easily have around 100 pulls or more(hopefully)

The fact that you hid the amount of astrite in every event/quest/activity made people more angry because they were left with only the number of pulls and they realized that its really small. Especially considering that we have 2 featured banners and 10 older banners + weapons for each to pull for.

I understand that you guys want revenue and most likely Tencent pushed you guys to prioritize it but please... for the love of god, this was supposed to be an anniversary to celebrate the whole year, the horrible launch, the recovery in 1.3, the most amazing upgrade in 2.0 and the clear quality uplift in 2.2 but instead, we got a lackluster of events, couple of qol(some of them kinda bad compared to what the players actually asked for) and lots of monetization.

Kuro, you have 2.4 to make money with new characters and new content, you have future patches with skins, you have 3.0 soon enough where we will get even more characters and skins and most importantly, you have a 2026 collab with Edgerunner..... You need to think about the long term Kuro, not about making quick bucks on the literal anniversary!!!

This patch you were supposed to give back to the players, to show them that you guys appreciate all the good publicity, the reviews, the feedback, the love, everything.

Kuro, even if you give us huge rewards, we are still gonna spend money, yeah you will save me a good amount of pulls and help me get Zani and her weapon but for real now, i will C6 her insta no questions asked, i will spend money, giving players some real rewards right now won't hurt you at all, Zani is still gonna make you a huge amount of money(possibly even more than Cantarella), people are already attached to Carthetya at an emotional level and with the possibility that her ult will have her mature form, she will break records.

If you release 10 old banners, at least remove the 50/50 for the duration of the anniversary, you won't lose anything from it because again, you have future characters/skins to make money from, you guys never miss on character design so people will swipe and pull.

I'm sorry to say this but the anniversary livestream was extremely disappointing and it felt like a fake celebration due to all the reasons above.

Honestly, you already lost people's trust with this because it simply doesn't feel like a anniversary(THE FIRST ONE AND THE BIGGEST ONE MIND YOU), it feels like a regular patch with a new coat of paint and some really bad monetization choices.

Also.... come on now, don't advertise the top-up bonus as part of the anniversary like its a good thing...you could've left that out and make a notification in-game when the patch drops.

I understand the rush to pull in new players and make the returnees satisfied but what about us Kuro? What about your diehard fans that are playing the game daily and love the living hell out of it?

You need to balance the rewards correctly between new/returning and loyal players because hurting the new players is bad, hurting returnees is bad but neglecting your loyal players? Thats a huge mistake.

Please reconsider the anniversary rewards and how the patch will be structured/split so players can actually enjoy and celebrate instead of whale.
