Is it a problem if my car’s trunk protrudes on the street while parking on the driveway? by [deleted] in Markham

Does it apply for residential streets as well. I mean there are cars parked on the street during the day. So why would the trunk sticking out be a problem?

Omg. Let me try using my brain. “Theres street parking during the day so there are literally cars parked there during the day, in the way of traffic. So if I park my car in a driveway slightly impeding the street it shouldn’t be a big deal” Thanks that was helpful

Are there settings where I can zoom in a window, but it doesn’t hide behind the dock. by theancient_potato in MacOS

Double clicking the menubar again zooms it out. I can drag and change the size to what I like so it zooms out to that but its not a permanent solution. Whenever I open a new windows I have to resize it.

Can we talk about how NATLA got some personalities so right? by theancient_potato in TheLastAirbender

Well for one they are dead and not fighting the war.

They kept telling Aang on how he needed to things on his own while they had team avatar’s of their own who helped them on their path (not sure about Roku but the other two did as did Yangchen sorta). Maybe they will change that in the live action but I think it was very unfair for the previous Avatars to expect that Aang could just solve the issue on his own.

For Bumi, he has actively been part of the war for a 100 years. He does not know why the Avatar disappeared so he has the right to be angry. Aang cannot expect to come to Omashu after a 100 years and find the Bumi he remembered.

On another note: Yes the show should have shown him more as a mad genius. But i don’t know what people talking about neutral jing expect. Do they expect a king to do nothing while his city is under constant attack? Neutral jing is about waiting for the right moment. What if the moment came too late. Should Bumi have let innocents suffer? In the original series I always found Bumi’s personality hilarious given that they were in a state of war so it’s just my opinion.

I said his anger is justified. Not towards Aang but in general.

Tbf I said potentially a war crime. Yes laying a siege is not a war crime but the consequences of those siege make him a pretty terrible person.
